"Just writing to let you know that's me been stopped smoking for 3 wks now.
After I saw you on the fri ,I didn't put a patch on the following day just to see how I felt and I haven't put one on since, first time ever I have stopped with no nicotine patches . Don't get me wrong it's not been easy but when I think of having one ,I hear a voice saying NO and I just move on .

One or two also asked me at the end about one to one support so I hope you get some business through this too. Members also commented how you had demystified Mindfulness for them so I will forward the website addresses you suggested - including yours - when I circulate the next group email. Aligning mediation and graded exercise/activity as an option to combat fatigue in both mind and body is very helpful to us in addressing some Sjogren's symptoms - as is connecting a healthy mind with a healthy body as, often as not, we focus only on the body symptoms. So you have opened up new opportunities to explore to improve our health. "
