EFT is a safe and simple technique that anyone can use. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is the technique of tapping your hands on key locations on your body. It is often described as acupuncture without needles.
Once learned (and it’s super quick and easy to learn), you will be able to continue to help yourself at home whenever you want. It is a therapy that is gentle, safe, and non-invasive and you will see its effects straight away, without involving months of therapy.
